We collect information you provide directly (name, email address, payment details) and device information (device identifiers, push notification tokens) necessary to operate the TOQU Buy and TOQU Vendor applications.

2. How We Use Your Data

Your data is used solely to provide and improve TOQU services: fulfilling orders, processing payments, sending order status notifications, and enabling vendor analytics. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

3. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as required by law. Transaction records may be retained for up to 7 years for financial compliance.

4. Your Rights

You have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data.

5. Device Data

We collect device push notification tokens to send order status updates. These tokens are associated with your account and are removed when you delete your account or unregister from notifications in the app settings.
