By accessing or using the TOQU platform (including the TOQU Buy and TOQU Vendor applications), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Use of the Platform

You agree to use TOQU only for lawful purposes. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

3. Orders and Payments

All orders placed through TOQU are subject to acceptance by the vendor. Prices are set by individual vendors and may change without notice. Payments are processed securely through our third-party payment provider.

4. Vendor Responsibilities

Vendors are responsible for the accuracy of their product listings, pricing, and fulfilling orders in a timely manner. Vendors must comply with all applicable food safety and local regulations.

5. Limitation of Liability

TOQU acts as a marketplace connecting buyers and vendors. We are not responsible for the quality, safety, or legality of products listed by vendors. Our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may also delete your account at any time through our data deletion request page.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
